If at any time you would like to add an additional pin to your order, you may do so on the backerkit page.

The order for pins has been made and paid for, so that is being processed. The company that I go through said it may take 5-6 weeks from June 27th when I placed it.

I have also gotten in the packaging for the individual pins!

Backer Surveys Sent out! - Pins Ordered

Hello everyone

I wanted to make a new update to let everyone know that backer surveys have been sent out and pins have been ordered! Surveys are hosted through Backerkit so be sure to keep an eye out for those. You will be able to to select the pins that you like as well as purchase additional pins and stickers! If you lose your survey link please reach out and I can help getting you a new one. 

I've also added an option for a surprise secret pin! It's a 3" Heron Pin! You will be able to choose it as an add-on in the survey for $25

Thanks again for all the support and I am excited to get these in!

Hello everyone! 

I hope you have been staying in good health the past couple weeks.

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://aurum-animals.backerkit.com.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://aurum-animals.backerkit.com/faq.

Thank you for all the amazing support! It has been an amazing couple weeks. So, now that the campaign is over we need to take care of a few other things.

The first is payments. Please make sure all your payhment info is correct. You should have or will be recieving an email from Kickstarter to send yours. You will have 2 weeks to send it. If the first payment fails, you will have 48 hours to fix your payment info and send it.

Next will be backer surveys. I will be sending out surveys in 2 weeks for you to select your pins and stickers on June 25. I will be putting out another update when that goes out, so make a reminder to keep an eye out for that.

I am talking with the factory about if we were able to hit any price breaks on Stickers and Pins.

If you are interested in ordering some prints, you can find those over on my personal website which supports me directly. I will be processing those orders as they come in, please allow 3-4 days for those to be mailed out.

Remember, if we can reach $8000, we will be unlocking our last stretch goal. That being, a FREE pin for every backer!
